SSJ directly buried sleeve compensator is a major breakthrough in pipeline thermal compensation technology, which is the first in China. It adopts national patent technology and self-pressure dynamic sealing principle, which not only inherits the advantages of light weight and high safety of sleeve compensator, but also overcomes the shortage of regular maintenance of ordinary sleeve sealing elements, it has many advantages such as long life, high safety, wide applicability, maintenance-free, direct burial, shortening the construction period and reducing the project cost. Compared with other compensators applicable to the current heating pipe network, it has irreplaceable advantages. Since 1997, SSJ directly buried sleeve compensator has achieved continuous and safe operation in directly buried environment for more than ten years. In various domestic heating projects, SSJ directly buried sleeve compensator has been widely used.

Long life
1. The sealing is made of high-performance imported composite materials, and the temperature limit is 250 ℃;

The wall thickness of the jacket and the inner sleeve is much larger than that of similar domestic products;

Connection mode
The compensator has two connection modes: flange and welding. As a sleeve compensator used for direct burial, welding connection must be adopted. The interface shall be in accordance with CJ/T3016.2-94. The body and flange shall be made of carbon steel, and the grades are Q235A, Q235B, 20# steel, etc.
